One Day Folkstyle Training with Hayden Zillmer
Join 8x National Team member, World Team competitor, and NCAA All-American Hayden Zillmer for a one-day folkstyle camp this MEA weekend. The camp will be held Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and is open to wrestlers of all levels who want to sharpen their technique and train with one of Minnesota’s best.
This high-intensity, hands-on camp will focus on position, technique, and live wrestling, along with mindset tips from an athlete who has competed at the highest level.
