Step into the new season with Hayden Zillmer, one of the nation’s top wrestlers and a multiple-time USA National Team member, at the Back to Folkstyle Wrestling Camp!
This weekend camp is designed to help athletes transition from freestyle and Greco into folkstyle with the right mindset, skills, and intensity. Over the course of the camp, wrestlers will learn technique straight from Hayden, sharpen their conditioning, and develop the mental edge needed to succeed during the high school and youth seasons.

​But this isn’t just about wrestling—it’s about the experience. Campers will stay in cabins, enjoy the outdoors, and build lasting friendships with teammates and fellow wrestlers.
Each session blends hard training with time to recharge, creating the perfect balance of intensity and fun.
Whether you’re looking to gain an edge before the season starts or simply want the chance to learn from one of the best, this is a weekend you won’t want to miss. Come ready to train, compete, and reset as we head Back to Folkstyle!

Friday, September 19
5:00–6:00 PM | Check-In
6:00–7:45 PM | Wrestling Practice
8:15 PM | Campfire (games, snacks, team bonding)
Saturday, September 20
7:00 AM | Breakfast
8:00–9:15 AM | Wrestling Practice
10:30 AM–12:00 PM | Canoeing • Kayaking • Paddle Boats • Swimming • Fishing
12:00 PM | Lunch
1:30–2:45 PM | Wrestling Practice
3:00–5:00 PM | Outdoor Fun (games, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boats, etc.)
5:15–6:30 PM | Wrestling Practice
6:45 PM | Grill Out & Games (with a potential fish fry if the catch is good)
Practices will probably be 1 hour 30 minutes **
Sunday, September 21
7:00 AM | Breakfast
8:00 AM | Team Building Activities
10:00–11:30 AM | Wrestling Practice
12:00–1:00 PM | Check-Out / Pick-Up
What to Bring
Sleeping bag and pillow
Minimum 7 sets of workout gear (one for each session: T-shirts, shorts, socks, underwear)
Wrestling shoes, headgear, kneepads, and training/running shoes
Sweatshirts, sweatpants, and outdoor gear you may want
Clothes for outside of training
Towels, soap, hygiene items, etc.
Bag for dirty laundry
Minnesota fishing license (required if 16 or older)
Bring your fishing rods and tackle if you want to fish during downtime
Extra money for snacks at camp
